This is definitely a really fun backing track to jam on since you can try out a bunch of different ideas so see what sticks and the progression itself is beautiful as well, everyone killed it on the original video

Just had a good go at this using mainly pentatonic and diatonic minor, but noticed there sounds like a modulation at the break where to my ears the blues note can be lingered on and sounds awesome.
I've been noodling over this for a good fifteen minutes or so. I've got something pretty good, but I can't help but feel that I was inspired or influenced by the guitarists on the main channel. It would have been cool to be able to hear the backing track ahead of time.

Great video, with excellent players giving something for every guitar player to learn from..For me, this was always the kind of studio job I dreaded, with no melody, vocal texture, or lyric to inspire a soloist to match the emotion and composition of the song. I'd go to the studio and the producer would have a rhythm track and say, "Play some fills." Fills to what? Solo to what?

For me the hard part for me playing a solo over this was over complicating the solo so I kept simple and tasteful
