    Hi Tetemce, I can tell from your video that you take pride in your lawn. I can also tell you take good care of your equipment. Your riding lawnmower looked like it was well maintained and taken care of. That says a lot about you. You have my respect, sir.

    hey, great video man. Those old blades sure looked like they've been battle tested. Ill bet it was a much smoother ride with the new blades on, no more vibrating. I just put new blades on my mower as well. Even the discharge is also better with the new blades. Thanks for the video and your time.❤❤

    Where Did You Get The Blocks?

    • @TerenceDIY
      @TerenceDIY  Рік тому +1

      The blocks that sit behind the wheels? If so, they are just scrap 2x4 pieces of wood.

    My Toro dealer said not to use these thick blades on my 42" Toro Timecutter. He said the smaller spindle won't stand up to them.

    • @TerenceDIY
      @TerenceDIY  8 місяців тому

      These blades are doing very well and my machine is cutting awesome. I have NOT seen any signs of an issue, vibrating (in which would be one of the first signs), etc... if you have a new machine that's under a warranty, I could see how they would recommend not to use them. Thank you so much for watching.

    So how you lock the blades?

    • @TerenceDIY
      @TerenceDIY  8 місяців тому +1

      If you don't have an impact, you can use some vice grips to lock the blades in place. The grips will wedge against the deck .

    Why put mulching blades on a non mulching deck? If you're using those blades get the mulching kit for your deck.

      I splurged a heavy future lift from Tractor Supply a few months ago. It’s a game changer for me with my two Toro 50 inch ZTRs and a John Deer X500 garden tractor. I can comfortably change all the blades as well as hit the underside of the deck with my pressure washer.

    You should have got the commercial mower. The deck is VERY thing on residential

    • @outkast187
      @outkast187 5 місяців тому

      yea the thin ones only last 18-20yrs on residential stuff, be sure to spend the extra money so the deck outlasts the engine.
