  • For this week we produced a simple open cell wetsuit repair tutorial.
A little off topic for our sailing channel but gathering this amount of content for weekly videos can be challenging. This footage was pulled from the archives and pieced together to survive another week. The show must go on as they say.

You're right, not particularly interested in open cell wet suit repair, but a suggestion if you'll entertain one from a not-UA-cam uploader: a) you don't (from my perspective) need to adhere to a tight schedule. While most UA-camrs seem to try to do that, I think their fans are usually forgiving when they miss a week (or more) and b) adhering to specialty content is not all that critical, if you're presenting something that is either entertaining or instructional that you think your fans would be interested in you can be a winner!!
My favorite UA-camr is Robert Dunn, who is anything but a regimented uploader with any kind of schedule for either of his channels. "Aging Wheels", content about his old cars and all the goofy projects for them he comes up with (for instance: ua-cam.com/video/IpCmUq61lwM/v-deo.html) and "Under Dunn", his woodworking (kind of) channel (for instance: ua-cam.com/video/SrWFO10jeIw/v-deo.html) .
Dunn's presentations are witty, fast-paced, and interesting. If you want to grow your channel and haven't yet enjoyed his "stuff", give him a try. He has found (in my opinion) a winning combination of the skills it takes to be really successful as a UA-cam uploader.

Thanks for the feedback. Yeah, I’ll prob end up taking a few breaks here and there. Crazy how much time of my life I’m giving up to make these videos. Time id rather be spending actually doing more projects on the boat. We’ll see how long I can keep this up haha

@@sailingfujin Sorry for my run-on comment, but I'm excited for your opportunity to learn and share about your boat, both DIY and sailing! A lot of us fans have learned how difficult it is to film and edit your experiences and so appreciate your sharing what you get to do and we don't. Best of everything to you in the future!!
