Wrong information we don't have sugar only doctor. Please don't misguide all I am from Bangalore. My tips : Deficiency of B12 vitamins in our body because of this and all in our old age this will happen s due to B12 vitamins Deficiency. Please take more B12 vitamins then this will not come and also your flow of blood should not above the heart then blood circulation stops so while sleeping don't lift your hands✋🖐👋 up this will become numbness. See some videos which will improve your B12 vitamins from home itself don't waste your Money. All fake message.
Yes..very nice concept..i too realise the same...i underwent b12 loss due to heavy bleed for 2 years..then took ayurvedha meficine for gall bladder stones, thereby attained weight loss..so also, due to non absotption of nutrients due to diabetes (300), all my nails broke down n then experiencing foot pricking sense..so intake of B vitamins and D3 with walkng , oil massage in foot, with proper food discipline added with bitter taste veg/spinaches etc will cure the peripheral neuro disorders is my humble opinion
