I'm a private chef, so I don't have a commercial size ware washer, just a double drawer dishwasher. Its internal dimensions are 265 H x 770 W x 450 D. Any chance you do a smaller version than your 600mm one? This looks like the ideal solution for transporting plates to and from client homes and transferring right to the dishwasher, but this won't fit as standard. Thanks.
