Then i discovered ultra and trail running and now I absolutely love doing 80% of my runs at a really comfortable pace. And it’s actually improved my marathon times doing that 😁
Haha I was surprised how good I felt too! 😁 was my really easy pace for most of it though. And I’m just amazed at how much my body has adapted to these longer distances this year.. last year I would have been much more worn out!
I’m a neurosurgical research coordinator! I should do a ‘day in the life’ video soon.. Some of my job is patient facing so I can’t film that but lots of it is meetings and data stuff too 😊
