Thank God we have Doug Ford as our premier right now. Bonnie Crombie does not care about anyone other than Bonnie Crombie, and she will never go against her former employers at the Federal level on behalf of Ontarians, since she doesn't want to burn bridges in case another opportunity arises for her on that front. I have disagreed with Ford at times, especially during the pandemic, but Doug Ford has shown at both the municipal and provincial level that he will not bow to the Fed's (regardless of their political affiliation) or anyone else for that matter; he only does what he believes is right for his people. I hope the federal Conservatives understand that they will need Ford Nation to come to bat for them in the next election.
