I have never commented on a UA-cam video before but I just had to say how impressed I am with the attention to detail and craftsmanship. This is a work of art!
Attention to detail is on point. I get so happy for you at those times when i see your "F*** yes it fit" moments 20:59 So happy for you and how they this project turn out. It puts a smile on face too!
I have followed this project to see the tool cabinet and I must say in the words of my Grandpa" That is slicker than Owl S**t, Very nice job. Thanks for letting us travel along.
Dude the Drawers turned out Sick AF!!! When that 1st one went in so slick, your reaction was Priceless. That’s exactly how I would have felt also. Just subscribed to your channel yesterday and have been Binge watching your Videos every chance I get.
Very professional work. This welding teable is my Dream for home work...fantastic job. The work with this teable is absolut exactly...regards from Germany
Wow. You did it! I've found myself mired deep in a project before. You've shown a great deal of focus and attention to detail that resulted in a beautiful finished product. Kudos!
Maravilloso.....esa mescla de matriceria y hojalateria....un producto.muy muy fino...!!!!....yo pagaria x comprar una mesa igual a esaa....pero no venden en mi zona
God that’s bad ass! You my friend are a fabrication stud! Love that the table fits under your bench. Great idea. Running-out of wall space in my shop has been a challenge. Which 2D program do you recommend for a newbie to get started with?
That was brilliant, I love how it all came together according to plan especially the drawers, beautiful! My only 2 suggestions (only because I know I would mess myself up eventually): Radius the inside edges of the drawer faces as well to keep it from pinching and cutting a finger. And I personally steer away from drawer handles with "catches" on the ends, inevitably I hook a hip or pant loop. Just my deal, but again that was great work! Subscribed.
Very cool welding table 😎 👌, your attention to detail is great 👍, hope to see more videos like this, but the whole cnc deal isn't really what we're into, manual milling, drilling and other operations are where it's at! Don't get us wrong, cnc has it's place, water jet, laser and plasma is very cool!
Excellent build. I seen spot welds done by both MIG and TIG tons of times but this was the best result yet. Have you thought about grinding a small notch on the rim of the cup for spot welding? May help hot gasses escape or maybe not a good idea? I seen your settings listed but what diameter electrode and how was it prepared (blunt, pointed etc)? Greatly appreciate any feedback!!!!. Cheers
Great Video! Question: how did you, or are you, going to protect the rustable metal? The AL front faces are no problem (unless the steel screws galvanically corrode in the AL), but I gather that you had the sides and drawers made out of sheet steel of some kind, and that will rust over time (unless it was stainless? Cant tell if its stainless). Thanks!
Very interested in your welding table. What cost would it be for plans and dimensions to build this Table , I do not live in the US, i live in Australia. I have seen other welding tables built , i put your design on top cudos to you.
Love the table. I am building my own and have a question about the casters, when they are not on the wheel (on the rubber pad) how sturdy are they, is there any wobble? Would be really annoying if after all that work the table jiggled while you were working on it.
Thanks Tommy, I have not yet lifted all the wheels off the ground yet. So unfortunately I can’t speak to the solidness of it. I will say the rubber is fairly hard but still I don’t expect them to be as rock solid as metal pads. I will try and speak to this when I get to the end of the project. Thanks for watching!
@@nubtools I had the same question regarding the SendCutSend stuff for the cabinet/drawers. I've tried using them for some .250" work, and t was going to be $700 for two small 21x12 shelves with triangle braces. I'm guessing the thinner gauge stuff gets exponentially less expensive, but I'd be curious to know what a "real world" cost was for them to turn your cabinet parts.
Hey Professor Lloyd, the total cost at that time for all the drawer sheetmetal and drawer faces came in just under $1,000 shipped to my door with all the bending too.
My god dude, who is trying to kill somebody when you are showing off you drawers? My shop is in another town for that same reason. The soul sucker 3000 it will get you every time
Nub, you aren't serious about using this table for actual welding are you? Dang thing is so way too pretty to get dirty. I would put it in a display window at your shop or use it as an office desk. If that was mine I'd build a 2nd one for actual use. Seriously really nice work you've done there.
I think that is not a table for welding, it is a table for performing surgeries. Very good work
Hahahah Thanks!

Wow, Thank you!🙏
This is the best one I’ve seen!!!

Thanks homie!
Man of equricy

Edit: I just saw that everything consolidates into everything else!??? OMG. Ridiculous. Too. awesome
Thanks!
Hey that spot welding worked out good! Please do another video on it explaining it or expanding on the concept!
Awesome welding table build, thanks for sharing with us. Fred.
Thanks man
WOW. Those drawers deserve some kaizen foam.
Yes , yes they do! I’ve got plans for them. Stay tuned.
Thanks for watching!
Good job

Hahahahah
Thanks so much for watching and taking the journey.
you should be using an impact drive for the screws.
Piece of art! (congratulation from France)
Thanks!
Nobody in this world has one the same, pretty cool to say when so many obviously want it, hard work and follow through is not universal. Awesome job.
Thanks homie.

That was a 100% real reaction too. I was a bit nervous about everything coming together.
Thanks so much!

Those hemmed edges were stunning. I saw you hammering and thought it may end up a bit wonky. I was most certainly wrong! Well done 👍🏼
Thank you! I had my doubts too.

I felt the same way about cnc machines until I got to run them. Now I can’t put that genie back in the bottle.😁

Hey thanks! It’s steel. All steel will be power coated or painted.
Nice video
Where did you get table top with all tye holes?
I made it and have a video about it that you can find in my channel. Thanks!

I’m working on that now. Sign up for my newsletter at nubtool.com for updates.

Nice job what’s the price on that tool cabinet approximately for them to make that?
It was about 1k if I remember correctly
Do you have the jig to drill holes for sale
No I don’t

Hi can you tell me just about how much it cost you to have that company laser cut materials for you??
All the material for this project?
