  • In Aug 2020, I released a video detailing how to create balance classic Baptist fan designs on a quilt as an edge to edge style design. It has remained among my most popular videos. This is the basis for the embellished designs that are shown in this video so check that out if you want to stitch out the Baptist fans first.

Today I am going to show you how to add some fun freemotion embellishments to this classic look to make it more fun and exciting. These types of designs are even more effective when used in the background or on solids so that the additional quilting is highlighted. This is part 1 of this selection. More to follow to fill the remaining sections of this sample so stay tuned.
Here are some helpful links as well:

Set 1 2 pc have even and odd sizes circles 2"-12" (1/2" spacing)
Set 2 has even and odd half size circles 2.5"-11.5" (1/2" Spacing)
Set 3 has even and odd whole and half sized circles 2"-12" (Circles would space at 1/4" increments if sewn in concentric circles.)

Please use the Longarm style for your Longarm. 6 mm is required so the rulers do not go under the foot since the foot hops when stitching.
