Ok so Doctor or anyone here, I have PCOS, got pregnant and had my baby using letrozole. About a year later, went in for a regular checkup and my doctor noticed i had a high liver enzyme and fatty liver (I'm over weight, obviously , have PCOS) . I wanted to TTC again and my obgyn will not put me on letrozole because it can cause liver damage, and I already have a messed up liver now. What is an option for someone like me? I exercise and try to eat healthy, weights not coming off, even took weight loss pills prescribed by my doctor, am I just doomed? I've been using an ovulation predictor kit and I don't think I'm ovulating just based on my frequent testing. Fertility meds are not an option because of my liver, is there hope??? Looking for advice from anyone who has been through a similar scenario.

Did an ultrasound in 2019 the findings were said to be identical to those of pcos. I still see my monthly cycle chances of convincing? 26 years old currently

What can be the problem if you are bleeding for 1 year straight every day? Some time its just a drop and sometimes more. So I’m not sure if I have Pcos 100% but I’ve been trying for a baby very often 3 months I get regular periods completely and my period app says I’m ovulating but I’m assuming I may not actually be ovulating??

Idk what’s going on with me, I’ve been to multiple doctors, had ultrasounds and bloodwork done, everything comes back normal but my cycles are irregular and they’ve been that way my whole life I use to get a period once every 3 months when I was 12-16, once I got older it was once every other month, now I’m in my 30s it’s coming every month but it last 10-14 days then in between it will stop for 3 days, start again and I’m not getting any answers. I never know when to track ovulation but when I do all negative.

I have irregular periods and have been for a scan where they found Polycystic ovaries.
My blood work is normal, I’m not overweight and I don’t have acne or issues with hair growth/loss but I have been experiencing a lot of pain in my lower abdomen and bloating. Is this typical of PCOS?
It’s super normal. I have PCOS, indeed I do suffer acne and a lot of facial hairs on my chin and such. I’m not overweight, but I did experience some mild cramping in my lower abdomen but not quite often, nausea, and some bloating.

Me too both the ovaries are hurting. When I used to stand up from a sitting position or sit down from standing position. Also it pains while bending forward and backward
I had the same. Very bad pain. I went directly to my gynae, went for a laparoscopy - they found endometriosis. They burned them and put me on a 6 month dienogest treatment. I think it worked because I haven’t had the pain since.

After Letrozole and shots is the only option IVF? I'm a little lost on the steps.
Depending if there is a male factor, for example low sperm count or sperm morphology, etc., they will usually let u know what is a good option for u. So if male factor is not the case, they can try pills and shots and if that doesn't work they move up to IUI before IVF

Hi, my OB/GYN confirmed that you can still have periods even if not ovulating. The way he described it was my uterus starts to prep for the fertilized egg before ovulation, when this doesn’t happen the uterus will then do its own cleanse (menstrual cycle).

I was told by my gyne specialist that i have PCOS which i saw that i have small multiples follicles But the question is if i have PCOS why i have monthly period regular. Never missed period at all. But so hard to get pregnant. Though i had 6 miscarriages and 1 ectopic (IUI and naturally conceive for the past 7 years and no baby yet)
