“Oxford Street is lit up for Ramadan over Easter time”

This has been demonstrated recently with Oxford Street being lit up for Ramadan over Easter, as well as Westminster City Council being more prepared to celebrate Ramadan before rushing to prepare a last-minute Easter display, at Easter weekend.
