在飞机上使用电磁武器，可导致飞机失控或发生故障，是恐怖主义行为。应强烈要求美国政府解雇负责的中情局工作人员，他们继续犯下航空法和其他法律禁止的严重罪行。
日本政府应该诚实地报告美国中情局对中国东方航空公司犯下了被视为恐怖主义行为的罪行（两次）。这件事与多年来折磨我和日本政府的与中情局的非人道（协议）无关。
日本政府有义务向美国政府报告中情局犯下了（国际法、航空法等，以及美国严格执行的反恐法）所禁止的严重罪行。并且，我们应该要求，以“继续使用世界不认可、不原谅的可怕电磁武器”为由，将负责处理如此严重罪行（两次重复犯罪，被视为恐怖行为）的中情局负责人开除。

航空機の操縦不能や故障を引き起こす恐れのある航空機内での電磁兵器の使用はテロ行為である。航空法などで禁じられている重大犯罪を犯し続けているCIAの担当官を米国政府に解任するよう強く求めるべきだ。
日本政府は、アメリカのCIAが中国東方航空に対してテロ行為とみなされる犯罪を犯したことを世界に正直に報告する義務があります。
