I just compared in game characters with the action figures poster. Which means that after we defeat Dr.Morbis in stage 2 his assistant takes over and the remaining game we fight with Cygore, who naively thought that he could replace his master... wooooooow...
Well, I have to say, the 'Cheetamen' seems like a pretty good concept and it had the potential to become a great game. Unfortunately, it was created by the same company that made Action 52, so it basically died on paper.

With the original creator, there was no potential at all, because the guy treated this affair as just a money-making scheme. The reason why the likes of Sakurai, Miyamoto, Masuda, Iwata, and many more made successful games was because they wanted to make good games, first and foremost. Money was simply a side benefit.

This appears to be an enhanced version. I just watched a different playthrough and this version has better graphics. The Level 4 screen has also been fixed, as well as the obvious lack of the glitch that prevents you from playing the last 2 levels.

For context on why Cheetahmen 2 was incomplete, it was because Active Enterprises went out of business long before the game would've been released.
