Sure, there are things you can satirize and make fun of in any culture, but literally the Kazakhstan segments were shot in Eastern Europe, all the extras as Eastern European, even the music they've put is not Kazakh, it sounds like Balkan motifs.

This is the FIRST Borat movie I've ever watched! Before, I'd just watch a teeny part of a trailer to one of his films and then feel so disgusted, quickly stop the preview & return to my concepts. OMGawd, this guy is brilliant and funny as hell and... well, I've run outta words. I'm a fan forever. Long live Borat (and Kazhakstan).

Ah yes, Hollywood is a single entity which controls all movies and TV and decides what shows can come out and when. No individual filmmakers or studios working independently with their own opinions and thoughts.
