24 hours woodland wild camping in Kent: paddleboarding the River stour

This week is was invited down to Kent to go for a Woodland camp in some
Permission woodland down in Dartford.
I met three legends for the first time and we shared some campfire cooked food and a few beers while putting the worlds to right.
On the way home I stopped off at Sudbury to bust out the Paddleboard and get an hour on the River Stour.
Cheers for joining!! Got some good Bushcraft/ Kayakinng/ “Stealth” camping and some hiking content coming up in the not so distant future.

18:54 - that was the most genuine thing ive seen today. Sometimes we are just wrong, but we have to take the steps to learn what's correct. I wish i still lived down south and had not moved up to the north east of scotland. They arnt interested in staying out for a few nights round these parts, it gets a bit boring going out on your own after a while, the weather up hee is proper pants, summer has bypassed this dump.
Im glad i done a few years in an infantry regiment, so im not wet behind the ears lol.
Trying to find a decent woods is a nightmare as all it is is windswept hills and bucketing it down with rain.

@East Anglian Bushcraft i have just been told i have anxiety & depression 😢 is there any tips or help you can give me to try to get my head straight & i am refusing to go on the pulls powders & potions the doctor wants to give me im saying no because i have seen friends of mune become dependent on that type of medication im not sure how to go about trying to get my head in the right place this has all come from losing both my mother & father very close together within 6 months of them both passing away i know you have struggled with this type of thing for years & wondered if you could give me any advice or pointers many thanks any help is much appreciated ❤❤😢
