I will definitely try some of your recipes. I have been making jerky for a little while now on a pellet smoker. Everyone says I should sell it but I actually just love the praise. Honey Teriyaki and Cheerwine Habanero are the big hits so far I also make an awesome bacon candy.
I disagree. If I wanted to see a shitty video then I'd watch some dude in his garage making jerky. The higher quality video is way better than other jerky making videos on UA-cam.
Could use the same recipe with bacon? Would you do anything different
You need to slow down when you’re talking so people can relax
Does the honey make for jerky that's sticky to hold in your hand?
try this. Make beef jerky. before you eat them, grill on an open fire (or just microwave for 30sec), then dip in siracha hot sauce.
Needs to be at least 165 temperature! Dehydration is nothing compared to smoking outside!

Just made this and it’s fantastic. Real nice bite to it and the honey is just a bit of sweetness. Fantastic recipe.
Give your kid his glasses back!
Did you say 40 hours in the fridge?
Yup!
@@JerkyDotCom thanks, will overnight suffice?
@@johnjernigan3349 i shoot for at least 24 hours…but usually between 24-48 hours. The longer you marinate it, the more the flavor penetrates the meat.
Great recipe, thank you! Will be honest the camera switching between front and side is pretty annoying. It's not a sitcom

Yeah, finally changed our style back to the original format.
