Pt Venkatesh Kumar ji always encourages all his co-artistes. A fantastic concert.
Pranam guru- ji🙏😇❤💯
Mr Kumar singing this song in the Temple of pure Pitch, I really love it, My humble request please put the volumes down only very little bit of your accompanies Artistries
Wish Ustad Faiyaz's trust all success. Very happy to see that Pandit Venkatesh Kumar is using Sarangi accompaniment which is always such a lovely complement to the vocal singing and such a refreshing contrast to the Harmonium which B V Keskar wanted to ban on AIR in the old days).

Beautiful presentation of my most favourite raga-the Sarangi is such a natural complement to the voice and is such a difficult instrument to play-it most certainly deserves the place it has-Ustad Sarwar Hussain is a very sensitive and brilliant accompanist-Pandit ji's gayaki is spectacular and is such a magnificent template in the heavens to aim for!!
This is also mines favourite raag
Gr8 taans & rendition by Pt.Ji!
Fantastic accompaniment on sarangi & tabla also!
Tnx 4 sharing!
Simply superb!! what a brilliant original style! A true great in his own right.
Thank you Purnabhat for this video. My sincere condolences to Faiyaz saheb on his loss. May her soul rest in peace. I have no doubt that this trust that Faiyaz Saheb's has initiated in his wife's memory will bring her, and music lovers all over, peace and tranquility, of which there is much need. The music in this video does just that.
Excellent performance with excellent tabala and sarangi accompaniments.Super rendition of Bhimpalasi.
What to say just incredible brillint no words
great music .This raga has a devotional touch in it.soulfull music.
ohhhhhh this is SUPER !
Superb!!!
we wanted to listen pandit ji not sarangi , it must be used as background music .
kya baat hai pandit ji........excellent accompaniment utsd sarwar ji.......
Great vocalist!
Aprateemach god bless
Simply Superb
class.
no words .
Could not agree less than Sh.Sathe about the jugalbandi !
With due respect to the Sarangi player, this rendition turns out to be more like a Jugalbandi rather than a solo performance by Venkateshwar Kumar ji !! If the Instrumentalist feels that he is good enough to host a solo performance, he should have done so !! Courtesy demands that an accompanying artist remains so and nothing more !!!
:-) :-)
wah wah wah.......
Very Excellent
Excellent
kya baat !
Publishers must know what to write in the liner notes and apportion space according to the music featured. In the present case more has been said about the sarangi player than about the vocalist. A clear case of emphasis in the wrong place.
I guess the publisher is paying a tribute for those whom the concert seeks to immortalize. The music is excellent.
+pradeep kumar guha
That appears not only in words expressed but during concert also the sarangi is disturbing rather than complimenting the Vocalist
What is the rhythm beats cycle?
The vilambit is based on the 48 beats cycle of Ektaal (12 beats when played in the normal tempo) and the drut khayal is in teen taal, a 16 beats cycle.
Vasu Gandharv ... Thank you so much sir!
@@ABDALLAHJAMANI You are welcome!
@@vasugandharv4579 Thanks for the information. The contributor should provide this information at the foot-note.
Sir
With all the respect to Ustad Hussainji
The sarangi should have been a background music It is quite disturbing as it is too prominent
parvez khan
Also Sarangi is not as seamless as perhaps `Baaja Peti'. Intrusive is'nt it. Great cause otherwise by Ustad in memory of his beloved. Greater than perhaps Shahjehan! Perptuation of an institution'
That sarangi was such an unnecessary addition. That guy is good only for solo concerts and never for accompanying. Too slow in catching up, loud and coming in between the vocalist the audience with his pretty little bowing. Absolutely unnecessary addition.
