  • I will never forget the day I found the power of tea rinses / spritz' in my routine. My hair went from fragile and breaking into the sink and carpet every time I manipulated and styled to CRAZY strong and finally retaining length. All without the mess of masques. 🌟

I've left mine for like 20 mins after it boils and gets it's colour for around 20mins either on low heat or no heat.

Hello, Jen E from Texas here! I have a question... maybe I missed the answer to this somewhere, but can we leave the tea in our hair as a refresher or does it have to be rinsed it out??

I'm not an expert by any means but if it helps I currently rinse my hair with green tea after I shampoo and condition and leave it as is before I go in to style, but she also recommends spritz your hair no more than 3x a week. Word of caution, it can dry out your hair if used too much! Hope this helps 😊

@@fatimaa4612what are the benefits of spritzing it in your hair? Have you noticed any difference? 🙏

@@raspberry_dreams I'm personally in the middle of using green tea rinses as I've been experiencing lots of hair loss due to low folic levels in my body but I'll keep you updated if you'd like. I know too much of it can definitely dry out your hair but it's also a good hair refresher for the mid week of your hair routine schedule instead of just plain water. Good for keeping scalp issues at bay, especially things like peppermint, mint and rosemary
