Back in the early 1970's I used to belong to the "Wirral Railway Circle" They met at a vicarage near Birkenhead Park in Park Road South for meetings and slide show/talks. They also ran various steam excursions. I lost touch with the group when I moved out of the area, I'm not sure if they still exist or not!
