My sons had these at Christmas. I had to try them with them of course and loved them. So I purchased another set for myself. They are just amazing to use and I've even used them on my gelli plate and printing. Love doodling with them!
I use these a lot. They cure so much better than my posca markers, and they don't bleed when trying to apply a brush on sealer or varnish. My posca markers do. No matter how cured the posca are... they always smudge when I try to put modge podge dishwasher safe sealant. I also have issues with posca markers scraping after cured when I'm doing layered projects. Artistro cures in the oven between layers amazingly.
I have never tried poscas but I can tell you I was very happy with these artistro pens. I have used them so much since getting them. They work great on ceramics , in a sketchbook and even on air dry clay. Thanks for the feedback
I already had niutop acrylic pens. My question is do I bake before spraying gloss? I also am having problems with the black I hope baking makes it stick.
SO BEAUTIFUL! i also didn't knoed the brand, but it seems that they are making really good art supplys. As usual, I loved the drawing that u made, i love ur art stile.
Hello. They are permanent. You need to set the paint in the oven. Some paint has come off a bit over time. But mostly like small scratches. I say it held up quite well
I think they are mainly marketed towards ceramics as there is a baking period for the paint to set. So I wouldn't recommend you use them on plastic cups as you cannot bake those
It just needs to go once in the oven. It is specified on the box of the markers for how long and at what temperature. you should let the paint dry for a day, place it in a cool oven, heat the oven to 350-355 F and bake for 1 hour
Awesome! I think you will like them. The instructions say that you should place them in a cool oven. Set the temperature to 150-180 Celsius. and leave it in for an hour
I am not sure if they are microwave or dishwasher safe but my guess is that they are not. I wouldn't add any designs with these markers inside the actual mug where you drink from as it's probably not very safe even though they are non toxic
The mug looks really good, thanks for sharing! But I am curious how long these markers last on the porcelain, in my experience paint markers chipped off after some time, even if you are very careful with washing the dishes.
So far the paint is still going strong. I am not sure how long it will last with time but i will see and maybe make an unpdate video letting you guys know.
Such a cool idea! I'm definitely going to try this. Just started using air dry clay and took a lot of inspiration from you videos. Question about using these markers: do you think it would be possible to add a coat of varnish to protect the design even more? Would the markers smear? Thanks!
Thank you! The markers don't smudge if you follow the instructions. I added the mug in the oven for an hour and the paint was completely dry and stuck to the mug.i personally wouldn't recommend adding a varnish unless it is food safe. So far the markers seem to be holding up reallly well. Thank you for watching and i hope this helps 💝
This mug looks so beautiful 👌👌......loved your artwork! It seems you used water based pens...... Have you tried oil based pens with this company any point of time? Thanks for uploading this video! Subscribed to your channel🤗
Thank you! I have not. I have tried oil markers from arteza however. I would say that the main difference is that those dry shiny and water based markers tend to dry matte. But they work just as well ❤️
Wonderful results! Would love to see these markers used on air dry clay as well 😊 Your videos always inspire me to create more!
Thank you ! I want to make some funky jewellery and maybe i will use these pens for that 🥰. Stay tuned
I love the color selection! I’ve been looking for an alternative to posca so thank you for sharing!
So glad i could help ❤️

Yup they were a very nice surprise. I didn't expect them to be so good. ❤️ Thank you for the comment
Do they have a texture or can you feel the paint afterwards?

I tried Artistro white marker but even after baking, it is getting scratched 😕 can you please help?
Maybe you could use a transparent glaze over it. My mug from this video also got scraped here and there after a few years
def ouldnt put into a dishwasher but does seem to be waterproof 🙂 very nice design for the mug 🙂
Yup. No dishwasher.but you can wash it with warm water and a soft spong .thank you ❤️
I don't have oven.how can i seal?
Unfortunately i don't think there is another way to make the paint set without using heat.
@@AncaPoraIllustration if I use hair dryer and use varnish then? Can I wash with liquid soap? Pls reply
Is it a thermal cup ?
How did you bake it ?
it is!. I just baked it al low heat though
hello, did you know if these markers are permanent? have any of the paint faded out on the ceramic mug?
Hello. They are permanent. You need to set the paint in the oven. Some paint has come off a bit over time. But mostly like small scratches. I say it held up quite well
Is it baking oven or microwave oven?
it's a baking oven. I wouldn't risk putting it in a microwave
Wow!😍😍😍
❤️❤️❤️
Can I use on plastic cups? Will it stay on when washing dishes?
I think they are mainly marketed towards ceramics as there is a baking period for the paint to set. So I wouldn't recommend you use them on plastic cups as you cannot bake those
Do these pens need to be set in anyway to stay permanent...through washing?
The need to be baked in the oven at a low temperature for them to set. The pens come with instructions on this when you purchase them :D
Can I ask you please how many time it’s need to be in oven and I saw you opened it before too so, please can you tell me
Thanks :)

Just placed my order :)! Wondering what temp and how long in the oven! Loooove your channel ❣

i just found this channel and I'm binging it XD 😍
Very nice video😍 can I use them for tea or coffee as these are non toxic? Are they microwave and dishwasher safe?

@@AncaPoraIllustration Thank you, that would be very helpful. 🙂
Can you mix colours
I don't think you can. But the set comes with 42 colors so you pretty much anything you need in the set :D
