    When things don't go your way or you feel depressed, anxious, stressed, or out of balance, you're likely bombarded with a sea of familiar negative thoughts that ring true to you-garbage thoughts, really. But should you believe your every thought? In those moments, instead of scaring yourself with negative thoughts, acknowledge that your mind is trying to keep you safe and say to it: "It's alright, I don't need to do that anymore."
