❤❤ Love this idea. I am just amazed at how such ideas come to you, whether patterns or new products to make. I love your icord, I will see if you have a video on the type you have. Otherwise, please make a quick video on it, please. And, love your rescue of beautiful pets. 🐕 🐈⬛ From Australia 🇦🇺. Happy New Year 2025. EDIT: Yes, I found it for Emmaline the Cow. Thank You? 😊
Thank you for this. Your furbabies are adorable. We got a chihuahua mix in August. She 6 pounds so far so the 22 machine will be perfect for her. She hates the cold. Now I can making her a matching balaclava for her sweaters.
Thank you so much. Chi's feel the cold so much out Trixie is the same. Sleeps under a blanket even in the summer lol. So glad you like the pattern, I'd love to see your chi wearing one so please tag me if you can on IG craftycaz33. All the best Caz
Ok, I hope no one makes fun of me. I'm a 100% beginner. I don't even know what cast on and cast off is yet...so I'm just going to do the crochet stitches that I know (😅😅) but how many am I supposed to do across..like wide? Is tgat dependent on the measurement of my dogs head? I'm so confused. But I love this hat and I'm really trying my best to learn it. I've got a acrylic 4 yarn and I-9 5.5mm needle/hook. Idk. Thank you in advance!
Love this pattern. Would you share with me how to calculate the number of rows and the mattress stitch length on various size dogs? We have a lab and she is quite a bit larger than your beautiful babies. Thank you so much.
I'll try by all means. I work on 5 rows per inch with my macine yarn and tension. So after measuring my dogs head, shoulder around top of the head to the other shoulder gives me the length then multiply by 5 in my case. Width wise for a lab you may need to to 2 tubes and mattress stitch them together.....sorry I don't have a dog that size to practice on (at the moment) lol
My friends are caregivers for their boss's labradoodle and are totally in love him. I'm going to try to make a balaclava for him for Christmas, but I think I'll add floppy ears like his. LOL!
Aww thanks Amanda, it is cute glad you agree. Hope someone makes one for their cat, I'd love to see one on a cat. My cat wouldn't let me put on one her....
@@craftycaz we are pet less now we’re older & not sure we’ll have another. When our dog Haddy died last year it was very hard she was 13. I too think one on a cat would be precious.

Hi Kezya, thanks for the question. Do you mean the dog balaclava? I can see that working out fine, let me know how it turns out if you have a go. All the best Caz
@@craftycaz Hi Caz, thank you very much for your reply! I meant the patterns you showed in your previous videos such as lattice work, diamond daisy, chevron chic etc. can these patterns be made in a flat panel? my final school work is to make a blanket with different knitting techniques and patterns and I have a lot of trouble trying to do these patterns in flat panel. if you maybe have some time, do you mind sharing a tutorial how to make different patterns in panel setting from sentro machine, thank you so much!
@@kezyaagatha1182 Most of these are designed to work in the round so will need to be mapped out again for flat panel. I think you'd have a good chance with Trailing Ivy and Diamond Daisy as they are linear patterns, but not having tried it myself as yet I couldn't guarantee anything. You can do a blanket from tubes by mattress stitching them together. Many tutorials on YT for those Calumet Knits being excellent as is The Addi Queen. I will get around to doing them in flat panel at some point but time is my enemy I'm afraid. Hope this helps in some small way. Good luck with your project. Caz
Hi Caz.. this is adorable! QUESTION 4 YOU... Is there a chance of you creating a BERET for the Addi 46 ?? I think they would be a hit 😀 Thank you for your videos and consideration of my question 🙃❣
Thanks Tara and for the interesting question. Do you mean a beret for a human head or dog? EIther way I'll def give it some thought and if I come up with anything I'll do a video. All the best Caz
My dog would never allow me to put this on her head or she probably wouldn’t know I was doing it but then when I went to take it off she probably try to eat me alive lol but this is cute
Absolutely Emma go ahead. Maybe if it's lucrative you could give a little something to a local animal rescue one day. Many thanks and I wish you many sales
Love this!! I'll try this soon for my dachshund
