Carolyn Griffey is a beautiful woman, and she can sing, but I'm sorry, Mama, you just can't replace Jody Watley, Jody Watley voice with them is like no other. She is the only person who can sing with them to make Shalamar what it is. I would have more respect for this group if they said Shalamar with Carolyn Griffey because at the end of the day, this ain't Shalamar, and she ain't Shalamar either stop lying. 😂

Jodie left Shalamar in 1983 and went on to have a successful solo career. Never say never but she seems to be just fine not being in the group.
