XTownCuber hopefully not the last time...

Is this what the DNA of a speedcuber looks like?
Good one dude

Yes
Yes
But can it cut corners?
No, but it can bend around them! lol
now this comment hurts me
It can do better
😂😂
You dad
I love it! So cool! My favorite pattern was the corkscrew.
Sup Kenneth
Where have you been and why have you not put up any vids?
@Duty Zambia what the fuck
My favorite was also the corkscrew
It’s my favorite too!
You are insane. When you said, you wanted to beat your record, I was expecting another really-thin-layer build. Actually I thought You'd go for a 3x3x81. But this is just rediculous. I love it. I planned similar things but never executed them just because I thought "Hey, a 2m puzzle is kind of difficult to store". But it is amazing that you just did it anyways. I love the modular design. I actually designed a similar mechanism for a modular 2x2xn using magnets a few months ago. I wanted to build a 2x2x24 but canceled that project when you uploaded your 2x2x50. I guess, we just have to accept that you'll always stay the king of twisty puzzles and stop trying to beat your records. Very entertaining video and fun project! Keep up your passion and insanity! ;)
Ok
TL;DR
@@dti6342 Greg is gud
The mechanism and the unique way you can scramble this beast is genius
i read the title as 1x2x11 and was like ok that pretty cool then saw the other one and just died
Tipster Trickster
Lol same here
I also read it as 1x2x11
Me too
I think we all read it like that
Tipster Trickster me
Poor Oliver cutting 670 square stickers.
plottwist: they're 3d printed tiles :OO
If they weren't tiles, there would actually be 660 squares. Sorry, I just needed to correct you.
There would be 664. There are tiles on the ends too
Where can i buy 2 so its longer
buy 18 1x2x13's from www.shapeways.com/product/29KYP2MZ8/unlucky-twist
it should be the equivelant of 2.108 1x2x111's (1x2x234)
@@DebugCat for only €6000!
@@DebugCat it has'nt got the same mechanism
This is so cool, Greg!
Thank you, Greg, very cool!
Borted Hi greg, have you met my friend greg? No? Yeah we’re all greg. Hi greg! Nice to see you Greg! Ah, I like what you did with your hair, Greg! Well thank you greg, I needed that today. Oh its nothing Greg! Hey Greg wanted me to tell you Greg said hi ok Greg? Yeah, thats fine Greg, tell him I said hi too! Ok greg!
That extensible mechanism blew me out of my chair, absolutely insane emergent property of a large system
Amazing! I couldn't wait to see what your new WR cube would be, this is a phenomenal puzzle
Oh... I read this as "1x2x11"...
THIS IS INSANE, GREG. I don't know how you do it, time and time again! Well done!
THIS is so cool Greg! Great job and keep up the great work!
Wow!!! This design is REVOLUTIONARY!!!
Very cool, i love these kind of crazy puzzles! Keep 'm coming :-)
Greg, you sir, are insane, also thanks for the 6x6 from the giveaway, I love it so much! I've now got my first 7x7 too 😁
I've been imagining something EXACTLY like this! Google reads my mind!
That was awesome and the corkscrew looked really cool
Maybe and just maybe, you could put magnets on the interns so that the cube does not open at the tips.
That looks amazing man
*The Rubik's Staff*
That's crazy, but really cool haha.
*Rubik's snake has entered the chat*
Even though this puzzle was useless, i love the way you made the video!! This type of video really attracts people!! keep it up!!
Awesome bro.nice work.keep on puzzling.
Greg, tu es un GENIE !
Really fun design!
The design on this is genius!
Very funny and what a great job of innovation, it really turns very well; and the most impresive part is you showing to all the internal mechanism, wow! I have no more words to say, except: excellent work.
Can’t wait for the 1, by 1, by jumprope,
Also I would put the magnets on the contact points between the wings
Absolute mad lad 👌😂👌
pewds :)
You're a maniac! I love it.
This is so cool!
Wowww that's a beast!!!
Make a solve video 😂😂
Tony Fisher is down. Greg is the new WR. You are a genius. well making this would be a task of a whole day . You are one of the best puzzle maker in this world. keep making puzzles Greg, You are a genius.
Did you 3d print it and if it is from a shop which shop is it cus' I wanna build a 1x2x3 rubiks cube
Holy crap that is awesome
U ALWAYS MAKE PUZZLES IN AN INSANE WAY !!!
Would it be possible to do this on higher orders (e.g. 3x3xN where N=3+a lot)? What might that cause in terms of parity errors and solve shortcuts?
Great mechanism. I was expecting something like Oskar's 1x2x29, which uses telescopingly nested cones that turn and split in half, like on a 7x7x7.
Possibly my new favorite example for "many states doesn't mean difficult to find a solution". 😀
You are a maniac.
An extremely talented and epic maniac.
nice job!
Now it just needs to be a wca event!
you never fail to impress us!
Are the files for the parts downloadable? I feel like someone is gonna download them, print out a lot of them and make a 1x2x1000 or something like that
You're a crazy man Greg.
You, Greg
(No offense)
ARE OFFICIALLY THE CRAZIEST PERSON I HAVE EVER KNOWN!!!
Elon Musk is crazier
Greg, Are you Insane?? Great Puzzle!!!
I haven't had time to watch cubing videos recently, but I just had to watch this one! Wow, and congratulations, Greg!
Wow that’s so cool
Could this be upgraded to a 2x2xn? I think that could work if the pieces had a 90 degree angle, and the magnets would keep it together.
I love this so much
Spaghettagedon puzzle
Lol
Thumbs up for the effort.
Can I have a link to the 1x2x9?
That special move makes me curious. If you keep doing those moves, how long could the puzzle get?
This is so cool:D I think I'll have to try this out of paper (maybe a bit shorter:D)
@HAFIZ Zain Sherwani Thanks, but I have a bit of experience with paper puzzles:P
@HAFIZ Zain Sherwani Yes my response was in no way meant as criticism. If I'm going to try it I will modify the design a bit and I won't make it as long as his so it'll be more stable:)

I liked before watching
Very funny puzzle. Simple and laborious. note.: 111º commentary.
dis guy is magical....
Awesome build! As a suggestion, could you have added magnets to the sides as well, maybe not to every piece, but even just every few rows? I think that would help keep the whole assembly a bit more together as you got farther away from the core. Still, amazing job!
this would be a nice wca event maybe qiyi would make a good speedcubing version of this little cube
at the end of the video i suddenly have the urge to RKO the rubik cube lmfao
the crazy one, u rules
What you've just done is create the worlds hardest but softest twisty puzzle.
That's actually way more interesting than stupid
Just the way it can turn
I love it
God job... Great video and and keep up the work
Non-cubers be like: iS tH1S l0nG CuB3
*L* *O* *N* *G* *C* *U* *B* *E*
Where can I buy this?
Now that's a super rubiX cube
Non Cubers: Is that a Rubiks snake??
Can’t wait until this becomes a WCA event
So is that how many licks it takes to get to the center of a lollipop
Greatest one to bring to school
Could you put an extra magnet in each piece so it doesn't hang when you lift it?
Hey greg can you make a video solving the 33x33x33 cube?
Can you make tutorial to McDonald modded 2x2? For me it is harder than 2x2 cuz there isn't White and up side is having two colors. It is really weird
I read that as "1x2x11" I was not disappointed.
that cube is longer than my future!
You're officially dared to make a 1x2x1,000.
Grégoire,you are genius!
But the mechanism will only work for 1x2xn,for the 2x2xn or nxnx(n+y) unfortunately no,the pieces will not be able to spin 180 degrees cause 90 degrees are enough to remove a piece from 2x2xn for example.
Can you do a live solve?
Oh..
I waa checking comments and i noticed i was not only one who read that 1x2x11.
"this is honestly the limpest Rubik's cube I ever designed" -I DONT BELIEVE YOU-
This is Ridiculous!!! I want to have a 1x2x111
I love how this is still a rubiks “cube”
Nice
I would call this GGG or triple G:
Good Gosh Greg!!!!!!
Oh
My
Goooood
ok, when is the magnetic version coming out?
Ummm... it is magnetic already
What about the balbering one
5:25 what dna is that? I just really want to know.
While brilliant, you sir are nuts.
How Many possible combinations?
it depends on if you need all the pieces to be in the exact right place or just with the colors lining up, since theres multiple duplicate pieces. either way, it's going to be a lot more than what any other puzzle has
Depends on if you do a normal scramble or a special scramble.
4 basic edge pieces which come in identical clone groups of 59, times 4! for the position of the corners, times 2 for the centers being turnable. Not sure exactly how that calculates out, can someone try it? Good question.
I think it's about 55*4!*2 :| bcause there is 55 layers of parts which can swap their places and two centers which can be in right rotation or be 180° rotated
2 640 possible combinations
Now make a 1x1x666
that would just be an oversized boob cube with only 2664 combinations.
Roughly 2.5e266 combinations actually. Google's calculator wimps out and calls this "infinity", so I'd need to dig some other program up somewhere to give you all 266 digits properly.
...I am a math geek but...
THIS IS TOO MUCH!!!
Next Puzzle: 2x4x222
Wait would this be able to shape shift like a rubiks tower??🤔🤔🤔
"Woah ,Is that a 10×10!!!!"
