Inks- Start with the Rainbow and add from there (I think we started my Sister-in-Love with red, orange, yellow, green, teal, blue, purple- in tones that worked well together) If you stick with one company (we chose Taylored Expressions) for the bulk of them and get their matching cardstock...it just makes it easier and often they have color combos on their sites ad you are less likely to get duplicates of colors or colors that are super close to each other.) I suggest Tim Holtz Distress Inks and Oxides for blending, techniques and watercoloring.
