💪🏻 I applaud you for recognizing and working through all the things. I myself am in my mid 40’s and it’s taken major perimenopause and anxiety issues to finally kick me in the pants to be consistent in my journey. My kids are now in high school and it’s a very different kind of busy from when they were younger, but we still work through it each and every day. Here’s to getting through the hard parts and moving forward to better versions of ourselves!
Girl I needed this!!! Doing the same in 2025 getting back on track! And this video was great motivation. I’m also an over 40 hours a week full time working mom that loves Disney so this was so relatable for me! Thank you for this one!
Currently in the middle of watching this video but want to applaud you for being so transparent, particularly about your struggle with anxiety. It affects so many of us and hearing how others battled is so inspiring! Thank you for sharing all of these wonderful tips for getting ready and a positive start for 2025! Also-I am you, we are the same when it comes to those donations!😂 I’ve recently started setting up donation pickups through the epilepsy foundation and it’s helped!!!
You are just the sweetest! Thank you for always encouraging me to do this! Also. Yes. Those donations are a pain in my hind end. They’re still riding around with me. 🙈😂
What a great video. Yes, i do the same with my donations hahaha. A little over 3 years ago my bonus daughter (East Coast) and I (West Coast) made a packed to help encourage ourselves and each other to lead a healthier life. She always did strength and I did cardio. We started involving both in our activities, mentally changing how we talk to ourselves and eating healthier. A year later we were entering races. Last year we started doing Disney races to challenge ourselves and have fun. We both deal with anxiety as well. I appreciate you being so open and vulnerable. You got this❣️
I’ve actually been driving around with donation items for a while now. You’re definitely not alone on that one. I just keep adding to the stash in my car. However, it did come in handy when my daughter played in a splash pad area at Universal & was soaked from head to toe. It was that spontaneous fun that I couldn’t say no to. Next time I’ll pack a change of clothes, even though mine are 8 & 12 & usually don’t get messy. You just never know…🙃
This is so encouraging!!! I had my second baby 8 months ago via c section & I am definitely needing to restart in this new year as well. Things have just gotten crazy in every aspect of my life. Thank you for this video!
💪 Girl this video was amazing! I turned 35 today. It hit me hard bc we have been trying for a second baby for a while now. 35 is a big number when it comes to fertility. It’s been a tough birthday. Another thing you touched on is something I’ve had a ton of problems with recently. Intrusive thoughts. I had a panic attack on Tiana’s bayou adventure a couple weeks ago bc I had the insane thought “what if this log flipped over? How would I get us out?” Insane and extremely unlikely I know logically. But in that moment I was panicked. Related to so much in this video ❤
I am so sorry you had a tough birthday! Sending you hugs! It’s so tough managing intrusive thoughts and anxiety. But it’s so much easier when you know others are doing it with you. 💗
Great, motivating video! Thank you for sharing about yourself. I am much older but also celebrating a milestone birthday plus my oldest is graduating high school in 25 so my anxiety is at an all time high. As my kids are getting older I would like to plan a family vacation to celebrate all of our milestones but not at Disney this time. Do you have any recommendations for a Caribbean family vacation? Thank you!
We go to the Dominican every year for our anniversary! Check out this play list. This is 2 years. ua-cam.com/play/PLhmXAKXIiELeojXNPkcYHyHDMcuYdexzC.html&si=J1o-G-TqBWeZqu-J
