3:47 PM - These 3 brave ladies say they're taking the stairs next time their boss tells them to jump start the holiday weekend and leave early:)
After getting on the elevator on the 5th floor at Lakefront 4 9229 Delegates Row, the power to the building went out and shut down the elevator. The co-workers now stuck between floors one and two. Attempting to correct the problem with building maintenance, to no avail, the property managers called for an assist by #IFD.
The women were uninjured and in good spirits - just stuck.
Tac Team 14 assessed, locked and tagged out the elevator and set up a rope system to bring the ladies through the elevator roof hatch and out the door on floor 2. The occupants were out of the elevator and checked by medics by 5:17 PM.
