@@trixiedelight9874 it took over 20 years, but I finally got the opportunity to see her back in 2004. It turned out to be great because not only did I get the best seats I could possibly get which cost a pretty penny and we're worth it, it was a show that included a lot of her classics as well as her newer stuff at the time, she even sang Hanky Panky which is one of my all-time favorite of hers it's just a fun romp
Madonna is tiny in person but she has a huge achievement in her career! Hopefully she makes movies now and forever. I bet she'll make another 40 extraordinary years in film industry. Do you agree with ??

I was hoping she’d release a radio version of the David Morales mixes. So happy she did. My only minor complaint is that it’s not a radio edit of his Classic Mix which has that fantastic piano intro. Such Classic late 80s / early 90s House vibes.

it's the overcompressed mastering for the 2023 release. The original Morales Classic 12" mix sounds as flat as a pancake and wouldn't hold up today. That being said, this new master is way way too pushed.

This remix was used for the actual live performance at the Girlie Show in 1993, I remember it blew my mind completely visually stunning, no screens back then so the dancers gave even more impact, mirror balls, feather boa's and pure disco....I will never forget it for as long as I live 🔥🔥❤️

In the good ole days of my prime time in life Madonna was the only music that would pack a dance floor no matter. In a time when so many other great music artist and singers were present. Whether I was in Los Angeles, San Diego, Palm Springs, New York, Connecticut, Norfolk or Virginia Beach, it was like magic. And I wore out my vinyl and cassettes at home and in the car listening to her. It makes me feel that young again when I hear it today and I just want to sing and dance! Thank you Madonna!

I came late to madonnas party, knownher since 1998 and been a huge fan since. Queen of pop!!
I was living in "Kia Ora' flats in Sydney across the road from the Sydney Cricket ground when this album came out. One day I could hear a woman's voice at a sound check 'I cant f**king hear myself - can you turn it up a bit?' immediately I realized it was Madonna sound checking for the girly show. My mate & I went and bought a six pack of beer and snuck into the cricket ground and watched the soundcheck. We went to the concert too which was phenomenal - but I loved that sound check more. This version is similar to that concert version. She's such a legend. I don't think the masses will ever truely appreciate her impact til she's gone, which I never wanna think about!
