Very good thorough presentation,👍. The lime is a good idea, natural, tho i was told either Cif, Vim or Dawn Powerwash does a good job. I know fir a fact Dawn PW does a great job on the grate with bumpers. I spray, let it sit a minute or two, wipe with a paper towel place in the fryer use dish detergent and fill and does a good job. Keep up the good work

Can't we just pull out the thin metal grid from the basket and use heavy duty dish washing soap because they already have lime and baking soda???
After cooking as soon as possible before it gets cold wipe the inside with paper towels & wash the trays strait away & you won't get a build up.
