Drove one for 3 years. Got it in May 2020 when the model was brand new as a 2021. Absolutely loved it. Snappy, fun car. Didn't pick the GLB then and didn't pick it up when I traded it in. GLA has a far cuter, sexier design. It does get a lot of attention. I had the one with the beige interiors which was amazing!

Mercedes definitely makes great looking vehicles. I wish they could solve their reliability issues.
Reliability is the real luxury.
For that price this thing better have 360 degree cameras.

Is the reliability on these good? I am looking for a boxy suv. Considering this, GLB, Wrangler, Ford Bronco, or Toyota mini Land Cruiser. I have so much to think about but I think $50k is what I will be spending
if reliability is what you looking for. then go to Lexus or Acura
I have bought a brand new GLA250 facelift 2024 recently, including the plus package and leather seats. I had a similar car before, the BMW X1 xDrive25i.
I must confess I am pretty disappointed with the brand (I have never had a Mercedes before).
The internal air conditioning vents are chromed, very bright in my opinion - I can understand the retro design, but the problem is that the right and left grids reflect on the right and left windows exactly over the side-view mirrors outside, being difficult to see properly.
Another extremely annoying thing is the pivoted rear camera, very noisy when opening/closing. Again, I could accept the noise when you engage the reverse, but not when you are not trying to park or when you stop on a terminating road or out of the blue, without an apparent reason - it just doesn't make sense.
I hope Mercedes minimizes those problems in the next few months, tweaking the firmware/software and/or doing a recall to replace the camera and changing the vent grids for darker ones, at least the ones close to the doors, or I will seriously think about selling the car.

Thanks for the overview I just going on vacation and renting one of these thank you very much for the overview I like that you explain about the torque and horsepower I like those aspects not so much the interior blah blah I like the a pillar looks like it has a good amount of braking power I'm more about all that stuff other than the looks and weather has Bluetooth or not or a sunroof but I think I rented a good car I'll find out in the next couple months thank you very much

Privileged? Who talks like this? I think about my friend who came to America with $300.00, his life savings, and started working at a gas station. He owns several gas stations now and could buy anything on offer at Mercedes. Is he privileged or did he create value for others and reap the rewards? If you believe that you are helpless, you will never have anything nice.
