    How to Make Skinless Sweet Longganisa Recipe - Homemade Sweet Garlic Longganisa, popular Filipino sausage usually served for breakfast, eaten with eggs & rice. Longganisa is so simple & easy to make, just that there are few simple techniques on how to do it right so it will not break or scatter while cooking. We love this version, hope you'll love it too.     How to Make Skinless Sweet Longganisa Recipe | Homemade Sweet Garlic Longanisa
    Ingredients:
    1. Longganisa Mixture
    600 grams - ground pork collar (70% lean meat + 30% fat)
    1 tsp - coarse salt
    1/2 cup - sugar
    1 tsp - pepper powder
    2 tsp chili powder
    2 tsp - annatto/ achuete powder
    1 tbsp - soy sauce
    2 tbsp - liquid seasoning
    1/4 cup - vinegar
    1/4 cup - garlic
    2 tbsp - cornstarch
    1 - air-tight container
    2. Wrapping Longganisa
    6 inches x 4 & 1/2 inches - wax paper size per 2 tbsp longganisa mixture
    3.Curing & Storage
    4. Steam Frying
    2 tbsp - olive oil
    9 pcs - skinless longganisa
    22 pcs = Total longganisa made @ 2 tbsp/ longganisa
    Cooking time: 30 minutes (low flame)
    Serving for 9pcs longganisa: 2+people

    I love longaniza to eat with rice and add bok choy. But I got no loonganiz .I will just finish eating the kare kare oxtail and fried eggplants
    I am eating now and then take my siesta.😅❤

    Galing !!! Plain and simple daling maintindihan walang kwentuhan, kaartehan, pormahan, display ng pagmmukha...walang ng pagbabalat at dikdikan, paghihiwa pa ng bawang , etc....sana all cooking demo ganito doing it habang dini-describe ang ginagawa...walang sayang na oras at hindi na pinahahaba ang cooking. !!.....PINOY SPICY KUSINA !
