I'm so glad that you're somewhat new to crochet, I want to start a crochet business as a beginner but every other yt crochet business seems to have been crocheting for years 😭 this has given me the motivation to go through with it!!
I've been crocheting for 15+ years and designing for 10+ years and let me tell you something, it doesn't matter at all when it comes to running a crochet business. There are people that have crochet for years but their crochet items are not good quality because they rush it, don't keep stitches neat and even, have stuffing poking out of their amigurumi and so on. And then there are others that are "beginners", only been crocheting for a few months and their work is such nice quality because they focus on making it tidy and neat. Customers don't care how long you've been crocheting. Like any other product, customers care about the quality of your product and good customer service. So forget about others, don't compare yourself to them, compare yourself to yourself only. How can I improve my stitches/my patterns/my customer service/my packaging/so on.
I recently started a Facebook. I left my stuff on the counter of my mom's flea market stall and sold about $54 worth of things. That's 3 headscarfs, 4 scrunchies and a amigurumi loaf cat. It was a test run and it turnes out great tbh
OMG 🥹 thank you!! You found my video 🍩 Your donut pattern is the best and I loved making it!! The donut started it all and now I’ve been crocheting heaps ❤

I’m from Australia as well and want to start a shop on Squarespace and I have all the materials and all the weights all added up but I don’t know how to set it up as international shipping let alone the prices I should make for every country and as well as tracking orders and numbers I have no idea what to do I have watched all your videos and are still confused as to what to do it’s got me SO stressed. I want to be able to ship worldwide and give people their tracked orders but I also don’t want to make products if I know I can’t get them shipped anywhere I’m basically almost there and I’m a beginner but I’m so lost i feel like because i'm in Australia i can't do what other people can do surely i can start up a store too?
@@Wolfloops thank you for watching ❤️ for international shipping you can group them by international zones, that should make it easier to calculate rates and add the shipping profiles to your store.
