Some time ago, I decided to follow only Christians on the various subjects I engage in - building and running business, farming, innovative energy technology, etc.
So, Eric, thanks for being one of the business teachers who are an outspoken Christian.

2 years ago, i was lost wanting a plan a business idea.. on my way to work crying out to God, "Please give me an idea." Please, Lord, tell me what you want me to do. I didn't go 1 mile, and then god told me to pull over, and then all of a sudden Gods plan, his idea was revealed to me... thank god.

Crystal clear ! Thank you! I am passionate about pollinator conservation, native wildflowers, and sustainable flower gardening using historic/heirloom flowers that don’t require all the chemicals. I’m struggling with figuring out how to show people the problems I solve for them. Most folks are all, “Well, yeah, I have noticed fewer butterflies,” but then they fill their yard either flowers hybridized out of recognition while spraying for bugs. They’re not making the connection. I want my flower farm (currently in development) to enchant the visitors with gorgeous flowers, then once I have their attention, engage their hearts and minds with the problems of dwindling pollinators, invasive species, and unsustainable floral practices like buying roses from Ecuador that have an enormous carbon footprint, are laden with toxic chemicals, and don’t provide the actual farmer with a living wage. How do I show people that if we lose our butterflies, we have irretrievably lost a priceless work of art as well as ruined our agricultural future? It’s a huge problem, but most folks are disconnected from nature and aren’t aware. I currently have a greenhouse filled with more than 1000 native plants that I’ve grown this year. I’ve put together easy plug and play butterfly garden kits, and still few buyers. Every day I pray and ask God to send me clients. But it’s been crickets for the most part. It’s discouraging, and I’m starting to wonder if this is where God wants me. Does anyone have any suggestions?
I don't yet have any ideas but that is beautiful i never knew that much about flowers, I always knew the easy and spray chemicals was something bad about them but never knew what they really affected. You need to take a step of faith somewhere to let the marvelous works of God take place. If there's anything you can do to take a step of faith you were afraid of before. Counsel with him, help see how God wants to use your weakness in being unknown and how he can use his strength. So when people see your business growth they see wow that was miracle that wasn't just that business owner's skills. I read in Judges where he had Gideon send away thousands of men away from battle to have only short of 300 men to fight against thousands. So people knew it was God that delivered them. I pray in Christ Jesus's name that you can find a solution.

1. autism community. 20 years experience with two artistic adult children.
2. i’m going to have a facility that’s only for children and adults with autism. The place is in prayer.
3. The Holy Spirit told me don’t worry about the illness because the diagnosis will get you benefits. I also tell parents all the time they will improve.
I tell my story I have a high functioning and a low functioning adult autistic children and it took me years to teach them how to behave. It did not happen overnight and that gives them hope.
4. how can I be myself? I don’t emulate anyone else especially if they’re toxic. I have a very strong, Jesus Christ demeanor, and people noticed that it is a privilege to serve God.

Just like the bible says… where there is no vision the people perish… and so do our biz ideas, etc.

Always so weary of desiring to start business out of selfish intent or gain; This acts a mirror to test whether one's heart is in the right place or not, and positions you to practically and spiritually step forward once it is correctly positioned. Your point about messaging and Jesus asking if they want to be made well gave me an idea to work with for my own content.
I also found it so encouraging when you brought up that “only my sheep with know my voice” point. I have always been bothered by Jesus speaking in parables and so many people not understanding him. But that’s the point! It’s not going to resonate with everyone. They will have to get to a certain level of understanding before it will make sense. Sometimes I feel like I’m misunderstood but I think I’m just talking to the wrong people who aren’t ready for my message.
