  • Growing up, I cooked with my mom all the time but fell off as I entered high school. Now that I have kids I wished my parents have written down their family recipes, and since they live in another continent, I long for that childhood taste! So, I decided to make videos to share with my kids when they grow up and I'd love to share it with you all! Like my video and subscribe to my channel! To be clear, I'm learning how to cook so I'm no pro!
Here's my other video! • Learning how to cook w...

I agree, you got your wok too far from your condiments. Should have everything at your sides.

I suggest next time you should bring the cooking gas burner table next to the ingredients table, or at least within reach , just so you don't have to constantly walk up and down .

Sorry for the delayed response. Covid has consumed all my free time while I focused my attention at work.
Please take this with a grain of salt (no pun intended!). People say don't use soap to clean it but the way I clean it is immediately after use while it's still hot as this seems the easiest to scrub out what's stuck on the wok. I use soap and hot water, scrub and rinse. The important part is to put it back in the stove and heat it until it smokes again to get rid of any leftover water. Finally, I put a few drops of cooking oil and wipe it with a towel or paper napkin as this will prevent it from rusting. Again, I'm a total newbie but this has worked for me. 🙂
