Especially PvE. I've had countless frustrating deaths in all the Souls games due to enemy attacks hitting me through walls. It's especially bad in DS2. Enemies can hit you through walls but when you hit one, your weapon durability goes down significantly.

@@razormonkey5000 you cant get invaded on elden ring unless you have a phantom, they announced that, maybe they would add something like a dried finger

I have a character named “the huntress” which which I use obscuring ring, untrue dark ring, and carthus milk ring to move around unseen and harass ganks with bombs and the millwood, leaving items and prism stones for them to find where I was previously and generally messing with them psychologically until they are separated and or out of estus, in which case I move in with the dragon rider bow+corvian greatknife and dodge in and out of obscuring ring range with milk ring fast rolls
I would get annihilated if I revisited ds3 pvp these days. Jesus. I remember when it first came out and people were constantly falling for exile greatswords jump attack
I tried that once and as soon as i got close a Followers Saber blasted me with the weapon art of of nowhere. Broke my guard, got reposted and died. There is a counter for every counter.

Because you take damage from the r1 it changes the timing a bit. Try practicing always catching the 3rd spam on time or prediction catching the second. It's much harder to catch a spam that you might (or might not) think. Don't give up!
You will never get a reaction parry in pvp. The connection simply wont allow it, unless the other guy is in your room or something. Gotta luck out with predictions.
@@Kotoy1 yes you can, just because YOU can't get reaction parrys doesn't mean we can't. I get them everyday multiple times. I just can't do it with fast weapon like straight sword personally. Notice I say PERSONALLY because another man may be able to.

You have to memorize the exact pattern to change the item you want to change. For example, if I am falling from a great height, my "pattern" to quickseap my Cat Ring on is start-A-down-A-down-A, follow with BBB to exit the menu. It can be done VERY fast once you've spent.... Hours practicing
Ive got about 52 level on every category, looking to make it 60 on everything. Am i big brain or an idiot? I cant do anything exceptional but im kinda ready for anything
You will get wrecked by more refined builds but if you have skill you may be able to beat noobs. Some people are REALLY bad. You will be able to kill them
Do you play on pc? And what soul level do you normally invade at? I tend to get shit invades all the time and a lots of times I can’t find anyone to invade..
Watching chase fight can be really annoying sometimes because he can obviously kill someone and then just goes "nah I'll play with you a bit more" and then because of that he gets another red killed lol

What I find remarkable is that even though he does not use them, he can still pull them out and execute them as if he plays that way all the time.
He used them once or twice I do believe, I think he was the reason I learned the weapon moveswap glitch.
I usually tell people that you have to get in the face of someone that fights at range but that bow is another animal. Very deadly stuff.
When I use pyromancy I tend to do pretty well when people close with me, just gotta pull out the chaos dagger.

Iv been parried when I 2 hand a ultra great sword I did a running attack maybe it has a small parry opening
You can parry the running and rolling attacks on ugs. Not anything else tho.
