  • Hello there, my lovely viewers!
So, originally, this video was supposed to be uploaded on Christmas Eve. But the video on Ben 10 pushed it until now.
Anyway, in this video, we get to see the original concept for Disney's 2005 Chicken Little, as well as mild criticisms of the finished product (the movie itself), and some behind the scenes of the movie's production.

The worst thing of this movie in my opinion was chicken little's dad... the guy was a terrible father!!! He was publicly ashamed of his little son

Yeah. Ironically, in a deleted scene, he actually tried to reassure his son that he didn't mean what he said when a news crew caught him sounding kind of disappointed. That scene obviously would've showed him in a bit of a light. But for some reason it was cut out.

If I had to pick the BIGGEST problem I have with Buck Cluck is that they tried to right him as a sympathetic father who’s just worried for his son, but they ended up writing him as someone who’s more concerned with how the town sees him rather then him caring for his own son. Heck more deleted scenes even showed him actually giving a shit about his son by defending him from people taking pictures of Chicken Little due to an embarrassing stunt he did. I wouldn’t mind as much except this fucker only likes his son when he wins a pointless baseball game and at the very end of the film. Also I gotta say I absolutely fucking HATE films that have a character learning their lesson at the end of the film for 2 reasons. I, because the character has been an unlikable shit head throughout the entire movie, and 2, because it’s just the writers going “oh shit the movies almost over better give this characters conscience now.” This is why I despise the movie Peter Rabbit so much, because Peter never did ANYTHING to warrant his redemption at the end of movie and was way too annoying to the point where I didn’t care if this bugger was turned into a pie.

I know how you feel. Buck's character was done terribly in the movie. I haven't seen the deleted scene you just mentioned, but I did see one in which it helped his character just by a little. Ironic how they got rid of the scenes which would've made his character somewhat likeable.

@@factsfictionstudios6981 here’s one other thing I realized about the movie, why do they have live action movies in that world? Yeah seriously, this is a world full of anthro animals yet in one scene we see them watching Indians Jones in the theatre. De Feque?

So there's two answers. One for the real-world explanation and the other is the behind the scenes version.
The real-world explanation is that...there is no reason.
Behind the scenes explanation, however, shows throughout the movie. This movie needed to be successful, so they pushed out so many pop cultural references just to bring about humor, when in fact one of them basically made it look like Chicken Little killed those cinema-goers.

@@factsfictionstudios6981 but that makes no sense. All that does is make me wonder what world these animal people are living in. Are there humans coexisting like in Bojack Horseman, Regular Show, and Dragon Ball, or do they have access to some kind of portal gateway to an alternate dimension where they can get these movies.
Bruce Wayne: It just raises too many questions.

@@factsfictionstudios6981 also yes, this movie basically did what We’re Back a Dinosaur Story did where it removed the main villain’s backstory that gave a better understanding of why he is the way he is and even gave better context to the ending of the film. This was the scene in case you’re curious, ua-cam.com/video/LCzHlm9Wr3A/v-deo.html
