Great Review. Love the tone you get out of you'r P bass, even with the settings flat! Thanks!
Thanks 🙏
this is a great explanation of how it works. thanks!
Glad you think so 🙏
Love the video and your explanation is awesome.......but.......... I could do without the background music. Or at least the levels of the audio is distracting.
Thanks mate, and background music comment noted 🙂
Excelent!
I think this is the best review out there.
Thank you Jose, glad you think so!
Great explanation! I love this pedal.
Nice, clear, well done. I would have like to have heard it with the AGS level control down, but I can basically guess at that, thanks.
Thanks Charles 🙂
Thank you super helpful
Thank you!
You’re welcome 👍 glad you found it useful
Thanks for this video, very helpful!
Glad you found it helpful 🙏
Awesome video!!!
Glad you like it 👍
Great video. Would you consider a good idea to add a compressor to this pedal? I have a MB Compressore but having a Hard time when using both together
Thanks for your question. I have never tried it with a compressor so I am not really sure. I haven’t heard of MB Compressore before either. Do you have a link ?
I have a budget compressor so I can do a test and post it I guess.
So can you power a pedal with either a 9v or 18 volt depending on pedal, or with an xlr cord? New to this stuff. Thanks
This particular pedal can be powered by 18 volts with an external power supply. It doesn't have battery slot compartments inside the pedal so can`t really use batteries unless you have a special external 18 volt battery unit. It can also be powered by the XLR cable if the mixing desk or Audio interface has the option to send the so called Phantom Power to the pedal, which is exactly what I am using in this video :-)
Which did you enjoy more the sansamp bddi or this tone hammer?
Honestly - I prefer his one.
Would you recommend this for a P bass?
As far as I am concerned it works great with my 1976 P Bass, so I would highly recommend it 🙂 I am actually using it in this video,.
what does the lift button do?
The lift button is for the ground, or in other words earthing. It is to do with the electrical circuit in the particular situation, and it can be different in different venues or even with different instruments. I`m not an electrical specialist, but I can tell you the following from experience - If you hear a prominent buzz when your bass is plugged in and ready to go, then 9 out of 10 times when you change the position of the lift button, the buzz will go away, Unless there is an actual fault in the wiring or the electrical circuit itself. Hope this helps.
Good video but the background music is distracting
The only way I can monetize is by adding my own music to the video sadly 🙂
Mayde aye faurt, yep, floodle
