In 2023
March 2023 I had a nervous breakdown while on the job in healthcare due to stress
June 2023 A 9 year toxic relationship came to an end.
I had suffered enough.
August 2023
I lost my 32 year old son to his addiction.
December 2023
I lost my best K9 friend to cancer
February 2024
My 50th birthday. I survived!

The Measure; is of course, subjective and as such exists in a kind of, flux state. At least that's how I see it. Power is tricky and add in subjective measures, this seems to cook up just about anything... any brand of morality; blanket policies, goodbody efforts, giveaways, 1984 scenarios, even power vacumes ...it's endless and ever-reaching, who wins? So what's the morality of all this morality, is it some kind of test? Sounds kind of spooky, don't it.

It's comforting to know I have a kindred spirit, lurking in the past when I reflect upon past reflections, that still seem active... interesting.
Yes ,, I have take the decision to stay away from the father of my children,, but it is not easy as he will not leave me in peace in fear of his actions and evil plan that he had plans to do to me and it didn't work as he plan , now he is doing everything to finish with me ,, I need justice and peace for me and my children

Great Stoic Teaching, it's loaded with good stuff. I would like to add; when I reflect on my life I notice I was able, lots of times, to gather what I call 'negative momentum' within my state of being... this unhealthy 'force' was troubling, disturbing and consistent. I can't recollect any research into what I describe, if it exists I don't know about it, perhaps it is something you could investigate if you're bored.

This video should have started with the "Accept the truth" because that part comes chronologically first before the "Holding on to toxic things" part.
And yes, I had to give up my cats due to allergies. It took me a long time to finally make that decision. But making that decision was less painful than I had suspected. My health improved, and my cats love their new home. This experience taught me I'm stronger than I once thought, and it's up to me to choose how to react to situations. This change opened up the possibility of occasionally dog-sit. And in connection to re-home my cats, I took up horseback riding.
