Very helpful thank you. I was also having the issue where I would do the jupyter --version and it gave me an error. Using the python -m notebook worked and opened it in a browser. I had been trying to open some notebooks from a flashdrive in the browser and they would always open in VS code but this solved it. Thanks!

I uninstalled the python, then used python -m notebook it worked, finally. After five hours I changed so much variables in environment etc. I was exhausted nut it ultimately started. Thank you so much sir

Hi, i installed python, install jupyter using pip from cmd after that not able to find the version of jupyter in cmd then i copy past bith path to the system environment as per video still jupyter version not serched in cmd...

Sir for every time when we open it we must to all the procedure from editing the path to cmd onwards? or else we just open it in file explorer
If you open it in any folder, you need to go to the specific folder which has the ipynb file inside notebook interface

Yes you can! you can just go to vs code and select open file , click the ipynb file there

I was wondering how to highlight codes for example when I type "print" its in green color until I type sth else,then it turns into white color. Is it normal? I've been tryna find a solution for highlighting codes but couldnt find any

sir i saved the python installer in drive D not the default path. when i type python --version i am getting the same result as you, but when I am writing pip --version i am getting the error message "'pip' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file."

It has installed successfully I have checked using prompt...when I started installing jupyter notebook and trying to install pip it's showing like Pip is not recognised as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file..I have reinstalled again even then it's showing the same how to do sir
You didn't add the scripts python folder path in environment variable, just google that error and you will find different solutions in stackoverflow

When i wrote jupyter notebook in cmd. it opend the notebook in microsoft edge not a google chrome.
How to solve it?
I guess you are having edge as your default browser, you must change it
I did it till installing jupyter notebook and it even got installed but after that when I typed jupyter --version in the cmd it is showing 'jupyter' is not recognized as an internal or external command,

pip install --user package-name, try using this command
After installing i am not getting the New Options under that Notebook ... i can accessible only console and terminal but Notebook is not there sir. In that place Python 3 (ipkernel) is showing . why like Please expalin
