I remember Hogan doing an interview talking about how lucrative that tour was and that he and Flair could just "show up anywhere and fill a stadium". He said the only reason it wasn't an even LONGER tour was because dropping the leg was catching up to him.
Thanks for doing actually lost media and not "stuff that we know exactly where it is but it's just not publicly viewable" media like people usually do.
Hogan vs Big Show... I remember there was a fan footage of the match with the entrances on YT, but it was over 10 years ago, and I believe the channel that uploaded them doesn't exist anymore as well.
It's too bad that we will never see the full PPV of Over The Edge 99. It was one of the most emotional pay-per-views of all time (for all the wrong reasons). RIP Owen Hart. :(
@kenterminateddq5311 The PPV is on the Network. Of course, they edited out any mention of Owen or his death. Before the show starts on the network, they have a picture of Owen along with his birthday and death.
@@dm752 Yeah, there’s a lot of clips posted to UA-cam where you can see JR breaking the fourth wall and telling audiences that Owen’s fall was not part of the entertainment. And that this was not a typical wrestling storyline.
it may be mid but randomly deciding to put SVR 08 in my PS3 in 2021 is what got me back into wrestling after years of not watching. i thought it was cringe and wasnt for me anymore but nope its still a beautiful medium of art
5:00 so thats what umaga would have looked like in 2009 if he never passed away and continued wrestling in wwe. The half face paint is cool never new it existed he one of my favrotie wrestlers.
Y’all love shitting on 2008 when SVR 09 was right there, no Gm mode, no buried alive, no two v two v two, no create a title, rtwm was cool and all but that shit has little replay value
The thing is, the brand split at the time was slowly being phased out due to the whole, “RAW SUPERSHOW,” where SmackDown stars got the chance to appear on RAW every week. And sometimes, a RAW star would appear on SmackDown. 2011 was basically the last true year of the brand split. That’s why we got “WWE 12,” instead of SvR2012.
Hogan wrestling against Flair in 2009 is straight up WILD lmaooo 😭💀

Hogan vs sting wasnt his last match, he wrestled in several 6 man tags on TNA's uk tour after bound for glory
Hogan slamming Show that late into his career is pretty neat
Right It's a legit cool moment
I've heard about this Hogan vs Flair story far a variety of your vid and it's still funny Everytime you talk about it 😂

The New Day Escape the undertaker is soon to be lost media
FACTS.
why? are they pulling this from Netflix?
Technically, some people uploaded the whole film, but of course - no interactive elements, so it'll be partially lost
@@DSavelev792 What happened? Is Netflix taking it off the platform so they don’t have to pay royalties or whatever?
@@RonWeassly nothing happened yet, but it is a possibility

The full ppv, as it originally aired, is out there. A lot of people were recording on VHS, several of those copies have shown up online.

Man, how much blood did Flair lose on those trips around Australia?
"I will only retire when I'm dead in this ring"😂
SVR 2008 was my favourite. ECW in GM mode
You talking about SVR with bully music playing brings my two favorite worlds together. Great video
Saying SvR 2008 is mid when SvR 2009 exists is blasphemy
Why is Awesome Kong on the thumbnail? She's nowhere in this video or did I miss something?
No, he just click baited

Yeah I was confused about that too
Hogan and Lawler wrestled each other in Memphis in 1981. So, yeah, they did wrestle each other before.
That's right. The match was released on a vhs from Kit Parker films. They released a few 30-60 minute tapes from '88ish to about '92(?).
4:58 Spelling Ric Flair’s name incorrectly was an early sign of just how bad this would be.
How about the WCW audio only internet PPVs from 97-98?
Yes!!!!!! Part 2!!!!! Thanks bro

Love your vids! Keep it up!
you aren’t wrong about svr 08 being mid
And the game also had one of the worst and last wwe season mode.
I loved it for ECW in GM mode
09 was worse
Hogan and Lawler wrestled in like 1981. Also WWE and Hogan had a falling out in 2007 and that's why they pulled Lawler
Hogan slamming Big Show at his age is a legit cool moment
Thanks for pronouncing the Australian cities right. Hogan vs Big Show was supposed to be the Mania 23 Battle of the Billionaires.
The background music on some of your videos makes me want to play Bully Scholarship Edition.

I was there for Hulkmania tour in Melbourne, I saw Hulk vs Ric Flair, it was a weird show let me tell you.
Lawler vs. Hogan has definitely happened.
Let me guess....Owen's fall and D'lo dropping droz on his head....all the channels cover the same ones
Haven't watched video yet, in regards to lost media, Did you know TNA recorded over Jeff Jarrets GFW wrestling tapes
So why was awesome Kong on the thumbnail?
There was some fan recorded videos of the Hogan tour ! I remember seeing some of it and it man... It wasn't good
what about owen hart over the edge 99? only know about the live spanish audio
I never knew about this in wrestling media
SVR 2008 MID !. Yea fair point 😂😂

Wait a minute there were supposed to be a smackdown versus Raw 2012 and I guess the idea was scrapped because WWE 12 was introduced
