    100% on the money with advice. This should be taught to new screws instead of equality box ticking training. New officers need life experience or get destroyed. The system is broke now all experience has gone and spice has changed the game.

      Mate I had some good times in the shovel I often think of them and laugh to myself about them 25 years later. Met some chaps that I’ve known all my life since 14 still a few around out here

      Hi mate I used to do meetings but I haven’t been in over 10 years. I just grew tired of living in the darkness I wanted to change and see the light.
      Tbh I have what I call a moment inside wayland prison. I will do a video on what happened over the next few days bud

    Nice one. Someones got to do the job of prison officer i suppose. Well if both treated each other respectfully i reckon it will be ok. But it dont always go like that

      @TomMurphy-n6n my dad worked for Murphy on the road digging holes etc he was one hell of a grafter always working snd could hold his hands up to for sure. He come over in the 1960s
