Turning Reclaimed Barnwood Beams into Distressed Fireplace Mantels!

Here's a short video summation of the typical process involved in turning reclaimed barnwood beams into distressed fireplace mantel beams. The beams have already been dried and sanitized in our kiln. From there they are cut to length, cleaned with an Osborn brush attachment, lightly sanded, edges smoothed and debris removed with compressed air.
