Day in the life of a Doula | Slow Living | VLOG

This week, I had the joy of celebrating the Berry 1st Birthday of one of my doula babies Zealand - a testament to the deep bonds we form as doulas with the families we support. Later, I met with one of my inspiring mentees, guiding her towards the culmination of her doula training with “Sista Midwife” through Healthy Mothers Healthy Babies of Georgia. And to round off the weekend, I joined in the festivities of my spiritual Godmother's birthday at Rumi's Kitchen! All of this, while savoring the moments and relishing in the joys of my slow living journey.
