Dear PUR, Firstly, I wish to thank you for your wonderful review videos. I first discovered your existence when you collaborated with Brutal Moose on pitching a grown-up Pajama Sam line of games. After watching that video, I browsed your channel and saw That One Time On Murder She Wrote (It’s a Dog’s Life). I remember seeing an episode of the show in my 3th grade English teacher’s class. The one she played was ‘Hit and Run Homicide’ from season one (can you believe my teacher showed 3rd graders a murder mystery in school). I also, saw a handful of episodes at my grandparents as a kid, but their preferred show was Matlock. Still, with some fond memories of Jessica Fletcher in the back of my mind, I decided to watch a few of your reviews (and by a few I mean most them). Let me say that I can never thank you enough as you convinced me to start watching the series from the beginning. A month ago, I bought 6 box sets for $15 at Mega Replay, and as of this video’s posting, I just finished Season 2 episode 6 “Reflections of the Mind”. I love what I’ve seen so far, and can’t wait to see more of your reviews (once I actually see all the episodes). Thanks for letting me ramble. Eternally grateful, Orbited Star
I love the episodes on Cabot Cove! Also love the *Maine (Caifornia) snowless until the last shot Christmas. I wonder how hot it is to wear all those sweaters. Thanks so much for doing this.
Written by Bruce Lansbury, Angela Lansbury's brother. I have wondered if the carolers look like unprofessional actors because they are Lansbury relatives. Maybe they are just uncomfortable from the hot lights.
Thank you for always putting so much time and effort into these videos, Roses! Here's hoping that dreaded algorithm decides to be kind for once after the challenge of getting this back up. Cheers 🥂 (PS, that Sting joke was perfection)
I've always liked the end scene of them all singing carols and looking at the snow - who cares about murder! And do we actually see Metzger's wife in that end scene?? Loving your vids!
I highly recommend season 2 episode 9. The episode is titled Jessica behind bars and is actually pretty good in my opinion...or you could explain the time there was the self driving car 😂
Here for the algorithm. And also because I freaking LOVE this video series and I don't want you to get so discouraged by the constant hassles you stop making them. ❤❤
I love these, as always. If I could Patreon a monthly TTOMSW, I would (AND WILL, say the word)! Could you consider doing the episode where Jenny Lewis from Rilo Kiley (AND TROOP BEVERLY HILLS) is being terrorized? I love that one...
I used to watch murder she wrote even before I learned English, but I was fascinated by the show and I loved Jess clothing and having you do these recaps just warms my heart
Great work. I am most excited to see Corinne Bohrer, my favorite of the "I don't know their name," TV personalities of the '80s. Weird to see her sharing scenes with everyone from Diane Baker (forever Joan Crawford's harried daughter in my heart) and Amy Brenneman a decade before Judging Amy.
Would love to see your take on one of my favorite episodes: "The Last Voyage of the Dixie Damsel" - Jess gets a bit of flirting, and we learn more about Frank. It's also a lead in to "Prediction: Murder" - which is a slightly ridiculous episode you might get a kick out of.
Hey Sarah, I would love you to go in-depth with 'Columbo', & 'McMillan & Wife' . I know you've covered one or two Columbo shows. There's so much great work and comedy gold in all these wonderful 'detective' shows, it really bears investigation.

I joke, she's played other characters, but if I had a nickle for every time she played a character named Amy, I'd have two nickles, but it's weird that it happened twice.
Lol i was just thinking the same thing. I must google what her characters name on NYPD blue was.
Dear PUR,
Firstly, I wish to thank you for your wonderful review videos.
Eternally grateful,
Orbited Star
I’m always so giddy when a new episode in this series drops. I love it
I love the episodes on Cabot Cove!
I just remarked that one of the little boys was her grandson, Ian.
8:07 That’s all I needed to have to listen to Synchronicity II after this video, you’ve got great taste!
bruh i was just browsing your channel coz i havent seen you post in a while. thanks Sarah!
Thank you for always putting so much time and effort into these videos, Roses! Here's hoping that dreaded algorithm decides to be kind for once after the challenge of getting this back up. Cheers 🥂
(PS, that Sting joke was perfection)
We gotta talk, got a surprise for you 😊😊😊
Thank you for sharing this episode🎄 Always love when Larry Wilcox randomly shows up on a TV series📺
We gotta talk, got a surprise for you.
I love these, as always. If I could Patreon a monthly TTOMSW, I would (AND WILL, say the word)! Could you consider doing the episode where Jenny Lewis from Rilo Kiley (AND TROOP BEVERLY HILLS) is being terrorized? I love that one...
This Santa episode was a journeeeey🤣🤣🤣🙌🏾
I've missed these!
I used to watch murder she wrote even before I learned English, but I was fascinated by the show and I loved Jess clothing and having you do these recaps just warms my heart
Yaaaay a new one ❤ it makes me so happy to see someone else my age geeking out over Murder She Wrote!!
1:44 Fun fact: the phrase "'by the short hairs/short and curlies'" actually refers to the hairs on the back of the neck. Great video as always.
Ok, but Jess looked stunning in her second Christmas party gold outfit.🤩
Engagement hype comment! But also I loved the surprise of a Xmas episode in the height of summer
I love love love your commentary! It’s the best!
"I would do sexual things for those muffins." I finally have motivation to start baking.
We gotta talk, got a surprise for you.
Muffin for muffin sounds like a fair deal, no?
Would love to see your take on one of my favorite episodes: "The Last Voyage of the Dixie Damsel" - Jess gets a bit of flirting, and we learn more about Frank. It's also a lead in to "Prediction: Murder" - which is a slightly ridiculous episode you might get a kick out of.
Just when I needed it the most! Thank you PUR! ❤
"Willie Nelson is trying to blackmail me", followed by the string of Willie Nelson -themed jokes, have made me very happy. 😂😂😂
Love your MSW vids!
Hey Sarah, I would love you to go in-depth with 'Columbo', & 'McMillan & Wife' . I know you've covered one or two Columbo shows. There's so much great work and comedy gold in all these wonderful 'detective' shows, it really bears investigation.
I am a simple man. I see Santa shooting the camera in the thumbnail and “Murder, She Wrote” and I must click
Gotta love the bonkers charm of MSW, and my favorite person to talk about it. I love your ability to find the strangest props and bits of set dressing to hone in on.
I'm still waiting with baited breath for you to do season 6 episode 7, Night of the Tarantula. I still think about that zombie makeup when I drift to sleep sometimes.
