I guess he finally worked out those bugs. In the Ryloth arc he actually had the voice problems too. This is the first time I haven’t seen him get any issues.
Those droids are maybe in my TOP 30 favorite things to come out of "The Clone Wars" and "Star Wars". The screens are a brilliant use of the technology we have mainly seen in "The Phantom Menace" and a couple of "The Clone Wars" episodes. Personally, I think these types of screens work better with the retro look of the Techno Union's base of operations.
It's annoying that we never got to see more of the separatist leaders, like were shown in early seasons but then never seen again. They could have been more involved with the war's engagements, because I felt Dooku should have been running things mainly in the background instead of him and Grievous fighting their usual suspects every Saturday morning (Anakin and Obi-Wan).
Exactly dude Like i think they only included Gunray, Poggle and Tambor was given more attention Which was a shame, i Would have loved to see more of San Hill
They do appear in the 2D clone wars. And in comics and novels, but it would have been nice. Tikkes almost was in the Mon Cala episodes. Maybe in Tales of The Jedi
What's a bit annoying also was how the comic showing the Zygerrian arc, featured Mai sho and Wat Tambor too, yet they don't appear in the official episodes
never thought I'd see Wat Tambor & Trench in a scene together makes me imagine a scene of Dooku & all the major Seperatist leaders we've seen throughout the movies & shows in a boardroom meeting, or something discussing all the politics & such.
This is one of my favorite moments from Season Seven. Hmm... Come to think of it, the conversation between the two CIS characters might be my #1 favorite moment from the entire season. I admit that there were a lot of epic things in the Siege of Mandalore, but I have been waiting for years to see this scene completed and to have two of my Top 10 favorite "Star Wars" characters interact with each other as originally intended. I would have loved a scene like that. It would have been only fair after we got tons of Jedi Council scenes in the series. I just find villain meetings fascinating and so fun to watch. Unfortunately, the closest we got to the Separatist Council on "The Clone Wars" was a mention by Hondo Ohnaka in S1's episode 11 "Dooku Captured".
@@nicolassteckert7149 I mean we did get something with the Separatist "Senate", but that's not what I think the other commenters here meant. They wanted some more of what we got in Episode 2 with the Separatist Leaders discussing :)
Same here, dude. Seeing a Separatist Council member on the show again has been on my TCW wishlist for years. I can finally cross that off the list thanks to Tambor.
The skakoans are the most terrifying species in Star wars to me. Have you seen what they did in the 2003 series? They are horrifying scientists that experiment on living beings. Seeing what they did to Echo strengthened my fear of them even more. Yet Wat Tambor is my favorite separatist. He also has a great taste in music.
Oh wow, I like his aggressivity, I always saw him as a calm man, calculative. Thanks for this clip ! Buut a bit sad he is only in less that 4 minutes haha
You are most welcome. Well, Tambor is still one of the calmer members of the Separatists Council. He is calculating and cruel, but not once does he lose his temper. There was even a deleted scene - that I am sad got cut from the final version - where he faces Anakin Skywalker via those screens and not once does let Anakin bully. Tambor is the one taunting and making fun of Anakin. To be fair, he has more on-screen time than most villains in the franchise.
Fun fact: there is a deleted scene where they test the organic decimator on a guy. The scene was deleted because it was considered too brutal for the show.
I'm still bummed that the decimator scene was removed. There was a good amount of Wat Tambor dialogue that cut as well. I mean, he is one of the few Separatist leaders to mock Anakin and get away with it.
Actually I feel like that scene was cut for pacing. Like when has Clone Wars ever cared about censorship. When they redid these episodes they cut out a few scenes that weren't really important and unfortunately that one went with them.
Well, he did appear towards the end of Season Five. It happened in the episode "The Jedi Who Knew Too Much". He was still in Republic custody and we only saw security camera footage on a monitor.
