I’m one of the silent followers but UA-cam recommended the first Leon video a few months ago and fell in love with the channel. So I thought I would thank you for making the videos. It had helped me navigate the grief process with my aunt who passed away in a car accident November 18th, 2023.
I love how you show your viewers what we want: Leon and the rescue cats, and also show us the stuff you love, like adventuring, with a mellow musical background. Please sir show me Leon, Jet, the little crabs, the koi, you're adventures and everything. I love it so much!

I watch all sorts of nonsense on UA-cam, much of which kind of annoys me, especially all the political mess we find in our lives. So I absolutely love this oasis of calm and tranquility. Thank you so much for this set of videos, I've been a follower from day one, and no matter how many videos are recommended to me, if this channel is one of them, you are my first call. Keep doing what you do. We all love Leon.
I think the lady using the road kill recycling is very resourceful. Not sure if I’d carry one. Fascinating watching the clams, haven’t seen them active like that.
Your videography & editing have soared to next level with beautiful lighting, smooth panning and zooming, and even time lapse. I don’t really even notice your editing (in a good way!)because it’s not show-offish; I can tell that you plan it very purposefully to enhance the story. Lastly, I always enjoy your music. I always watch but don’t comment, so I thought it was time to give you some kudos. 🏆💛

this is definitely some of my favorite UA-cam content . The way Leon has transformed from his very first appearance has been spectacular . Animals whether on sea or land are so spectacular .
I'm no expert on lobsters, but I bet Leon would love having a 'lobster house,' to stay under, when he's not out patrolling his turf. Maybe a starfish or two now, to control the aneminey, so they don't overpopulate the tank. I'm thinking 'Big-Little crab,' is becoming territorial. He's got his spot, his rocks, his hole... "Stay away!"
@@PghRN I'm just thinking that if you get too many starfish, then their food supply will end really fast! And I'd research just which stars would suit the environment of an aquarium. Stars seem to be good at 'populating. And having a good food supply will give them good reason to do just that! Thing is, you don't want to get any stars that might eat crabs, glass shrimp or 'lobster!' Good luck!
I love Leon, such a mellow little guy and I really think on some level he knows you showed him kindness when rescuing him, seeing that one lobster in the fish market is a reminder of how our Leon could have ended up.....we can't save them all but thankfully you saved him.
It looks like it's some form of grooming, which I imagine is extra important in the ocean where plants and animals can literally just start growing on you xD Lobsters just don't quite have the dexterity that we have, so they have to improvise :P

Looks like Leon and his Kawasaki dirt bike are waiting for good weather! 😉 Brady, thank you for taking time to record, edit and upload these videos - without you, we’d miss all this action and drama!
In regards to the roadkill purses, I know that the lead taxidermist at the Los Angeles Natural History Museum got his start working with roadkill pelts as a teenager, much to his mother's dismay. I'd say it's just as valid a way to find dead animals as anything else.
Yeah, many leather tanners buy skins from the meat industry, since those skins are otherwise just tossed on a pile and burned. If the animal has to die either way, we can at least have the decency to take care of as much of its body as possible, and not waste it. It's all about making use of what's already there and nobody else would use.
I dont know if I'm anthropomorphising this too much, but the fact that, after you said hi with your fingers on the tank glass, Leon cozied up in the corner with his back to you to wait for his food, makes me feel like he trusts you & feels safe with you. I dont know if that's at all accurate, but i sure hope so 🥹 Love the feisty little crabs too! ❤
So happy to see this new video out! They are such a joy to watch. Thank you so much for all the work you put into them. The love shines through. Take care.
I also saw you on the podcast interview. You are just as calm and collected as you sound on this channel. I love your variety and that includes your country explorations. I knew zero about tanks except what I saw in dentist's offices. I'm 72 and absolutely love your reactions. Quite the animal lover you are. Is that correct? Would I refer to Leon and the shrimp as animals? Anyone, please let me know. Love to all for supporting this channel.
Yep! Scientifically, all living things can be classified as either plants or animals, so if they're not plants, they're definitely animals! 😊 And on the cellular level, they would have round animal cells rather than the rectangular plant cells. So you are absolutely right to call them animals.
@@sarahmonte1069well, there's fungi, protists, and bacteria too... and even more, depending on which taxonomy you favour! But that's being pedantic :)

Leon has built himself his own Venice Beach to pose and flex on.
I very much enjoy your voice/commtntarys. You remind me of Mr. Rodgers. You sound odd, but in an alluring way. Thanks for your journey stories.
YAY A LEON VID! I so love these!
Leon looking more BLUE color or is my imagination 🤔
I love the little crabs and shrimp. The clams trying to hide LoL
Dirtbikes and adopted lobsters? This is the channel I've been waiting for
I've been watching Leon periodically since you bought him and he couldn't even open his claws. I can't tell you how enjoyable it is to watch your presentations. I like the fact that as Leon grows so do the tanks he lives and thrives in. I'm waiting for you to get him a tank big enough for you to swim in it with him.
Wow! I've been anxiously waiting on seeing Leon! I have 3 tanks & just got a 4th. Think I'll put my minnow trap out & see what interesting critters I can put in my tank. Love you & your voice, Oh & Leon!! ❤❤
Brady, what a delightful update into the daily lives of the flora, fauna and furry purries in your care. They're all thriving thanks to your love & attention. Amazing how many of us are now hooked on crustaceans!
Love Leon and friends. Entertaining and educational. Thank you Brady.
The anemones are gorgeous and fascinating. I also love how you film the little glass shrimp so the light catches them just so!
