    I’m 48 and have to be low FODMAP cautious so I miss out on a lot of nutrients having to avoid especially onion and garlic, etc.

      It is NEVER to LATE !
      I'm by myself 69, in some few Months I will become 70 !
      But I "know" this, what Doc Nandi told us here together together with Doc Young, since long time...but I had no Evidence!
      I:m from Medicine, too, but I was hard working and learned all of this only by "Observation" and think about ✌🏼❣️
