I love her and she is fine as a human being can be. What a great singer. I had the happiest moment to meet her at Lucy’s El Adobe Cafe across the street from Paramount Pictures in Hollywood. She was eating with Jerry Brown and I got say hello, shake their hands and left. A few years later, I was with my mariachi girlfriend Cathy in Tucson AZ who took me with her to pick up something at her home. I was introduced to here and I almost fell to my knees. So lovely. Her mom was there at this time. How lovely she is. I often review and listen to all of her YOU TUBE Songs. Thanks for posting.

Man, that girl could sing. The film has been in theaters for several months and is one of the top Documentaries, both financially and critically, of the year. Will air on CNN New Year's Day.

Such a touching moment when Jim Ronstadt was overcome with emotion at the mention of Ms. Ronstadt's parents. Of all the good fortune Ms. Ronstadt encountered in her life, being born into such a large, loving family that not only possessed musical and intellectual
gifts but also humility and a strong commitment to community, was by far the greatest.
Heard her say in an interview promoting the film, "Luck favors the prepared mind." No one could've prepared her mind more than Ms. Ronstadt. She is a walking encyclopedia of music its history and practitioners.
Hope Tucson is on top of the new documentary coming out in October, "Linda and the Mockingbirds" with Jackson Browne. As this focuses on Los Cenzontles, the music group that nourishes the musical culture of Mexico with whom Ms. Ronstadt has been associated since the early 90's, it may not have the same mass appeal. However, I for one, can't wait to see it!

@@bridgetnolan3947 Bridget! I am fine and hope you are, too.
I did see it. Signed up for a preview showing that was followed by a Zoom "after party" with other viewers and Eugene Rodriguez, one of the founders of Los Cenzontles. Mr. Rodriguez spoke extensively about Linda Ronstadt's steadfast support and relationship with the group.
The film itself was beautiful and enlightening. If you recall from the documentary, "The Sound of My Voice," toward the end of the film, you see Ms. Ronstadt sitting outdoors, happily watching young people singing and dancing in Mexico. It seems that's how she agreed to do the narration of the film about her by having James Keach follow her on this trip with Los Cenzontles to the Mexican town in which her grandfather was born. She asked Jackson Browne to come along. The film focuses on the immigration experiences of members of Los Cenzontles, border issues, and how learning traditional Mexican music and dance is a source of great pride for these young people for whom America is now their adopted country.
      Hope you enjoy it!

@@bridgetnolan3947 This popped up on my UA-cam recommendations a few weeks ago. Had never seen a video of her performing with the Eagles. In addition to the set she does, she also plays guitar and sings backup with Jackson Browne on "Take It Easy." Just in case you, too, have never seen it, I wanted to pass it along to you. It's really something.
