  • Hello, everybody. My name is Kayla. I’m not a doctor or medical professional (yet!) but I

    Kayla did you take anxiety/ and or meds along with trigger point and sitting with it ect?

    Thanku so much for ur videos I have what u described ur symptoms in ur other videos. Isn't it interesting I instinctively got led to ice heat and magnesium and massage even tho I didn't know. This is what I think my plan should be daily massage then go see a mysofascial massage therapist. What's ur thoughts on flinchlock technique? It's restored much hope to me this new knowledge.

    Is fatigue a symptom included in a flare? If so, what rating, 1-10, would it typically be?

    Can you get trigger points from gym workout?

      Yes, exercise can trigger or exacerbate trigger points.

    What scares me is, ive never ever had issues, this all started in pregnancy

      My issues began in my last pregnancy as well. Motherhood has been very traumatic for me.
