    Greetings! I'm a new subscriber! I saw you from Cheptegei's AMAZING run! I'm a Hospitalist PA in Washington, D.C. and, long-time distance runner. I was considering purchasing something for "knots"!😣 I a simple tennis or golf ball. I'm glad you mentioned sleep. I work at night, so my circadian rhythms are WAY off!😫I'm coping though!
